What you receive is a personalized EQ report, based on the assessment, highlighting your score for each of the 15+5 areas highlighted in the model above, along with indicators on how they could be showing up in your actions/behaviours and also how some of these areas could be interacting with each other to impact your actions.
The 3 sessions with the coach will help you reflect on the potential causes of what the report indicates, along with identifying actions for addressing key areas.
The framework used for the EQ assessment is the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 (EQi 2.0)®, which measures an individual’s emotional intelligence. Science and professional feedback from the EQ-i® strengthened the direction of this second generation assessment EQi2.0®
